Return Period
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Once 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
Items that are used, damaged, altered, or incomplete may not be eligible for a full refund.
Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Downloadable or digital software products

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

- Books with clear signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be processed through your original WooCommerce payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Sale Items
Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at sales@stonefrontllc.com with your order details and supporting photos if applicable.
Gift Orders
- If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, store credit will be issued once the return is approved.
- If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
